Whatever the outcome of tomorrow's vote - it's unlikely to bring respite to the people of Gaza. The trauma of October 7th has left little space in the Israeli psyche to contemplate the tens of thousands of Palestinians killed there, many of them women and children. More than fourteen hundred Gazans have been killed  since the ceasefire last October - five of them today.
