President Trump will sign the GOP-passed reconciliation bill that funds ICE and CBP through the end of his term this morning and hold a press conference in the Oval Office as the war in Iran is resuming.  The House on Tuesday passed the $70 billion funding bill after a contentious vote in the Senate.
