Former First Lady Jill Biden opened up about Biden's cancer diagnosis in a wide-ranging interview with CBS News Sunday Morning’s Rita Braver, describing the news as "shocking" and "somehow" missed by White House doctors.  In May 2025, just months after the Bidens left the White House, it was reported that the then 82-year-old was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that had already spread to his bones.
